• Registration for webinars and other events

We organise webinars, training sessions, seminars, workshops, and other events that you can register for using a registration form. We process the personal data provided in the form for the purposes of registration, communication related to your participation in the relevant event, and sending additional materials after the event has ended.

• Sending the "ERP System Selection Guide" e-book

After you complete the form on our website, we will send you an e-book that guides you through the process of selecting an ERP system. You can find current job vacancies on our websites tym.k2.cz and slovensko.k2.cz and apply for one of the advertised positions. We process your personal data for the purposes of conducting the recruitment process or so that we can contact you about other job opportunities in the future.

What data do we process? This includes information that you provide to us through a form, your CV, or other documents you submit. In particular, this may include your first and last name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, links to social media profiles where applicable, and information about your education, previous employment, work experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, and any other information that you voluntarily provide to us in connection with the recruitment process.

We obtain and process all personal data lawfully. We process personal data:

  • based on our legitimate interests (e.g. if you are our customer, so that we can keep you informed about what is new at K2).

  • Your personal data is processed by K2 atmitec s.r.o. Depending on the specific purpose of the processing, employees of other companies within the K2 Group may also have access to your personal data.
  • Our suppliers and service providers who provide us with, for example, IT, technical, analytical, or marketing services may also have access to your personal data.


What are your rights and how can you applied them?

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights in the circumstances specified by the GDPR:

  • Right of access. You have the right to access the personal data that we process about you.
  • Right to rectification. You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete personal data.
  • Right to withdraw consent. If we process your personal data based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by e-mail at gdpr@k2.cz.
  • Right to erasure.You have the right to request the erasure of personal data that we hold about you. If your personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, if we process your data unlawfully, or if there is another legal reason requiring its erasure, we will erase or anonymise the relevant personal data.
  • Right to restriction of processing. If you believe that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate, you can ask us to restrict its processing until we have verified its accuracy.
