Overall Machine Efficiency Evaluation - OEE Report
Want to track how your machines really operate and how efficiently they use their time? The new report clearly shows:
- how many quality products the machines produced,
- actual machine operating time,
- and how well their full production potential is being utilized.
All information is available in a modern, intuitive Power BI environment, directly connected to K2. This gives you a clear overview of your production lines' performance and makes it easy to identify areas for improvement.
Managed Warehouse - Optimal Routes
The new version of K2 nara allows visualizing the entire warehouse, including obstacles, aisles, and walkways. The system then automatically suggests the most efficient route for warehouse staff for both put-away and picking operations. Additionally, multiple requirements can be processed withing a single document (job), saving time, simplifying work, and increasing productivity.
Find Everything Quckly: Enhanced E-shop Search
We have expanded the e-shop search capabilities so customers can find exactly what they are looking for. In addition to searching texts using product names or descriptions, you can now also search by EANs, other identification numbers, or keywords. Thanks to a synonym dictionary, the system recognizes slang or alternative terms – so customers find the right product even if they don’t know the exact name. We also improved the auto-suggest feature. Just start typing a few letters, and the e-shop will suggest possible phrases the customer intended to search for. Choose one, and the search results appear instantly. A faster path to the product means less wasted time and happier customers.
POS Always at Hand: Mobile POS Terminal
Turn your payment terminal into a fully functional mobile cash register. Enter items, scan EANs, or search directly from product cards, pay by card, and print receipts – all from one device. Perfect for deliveries, car sales, market stalls, or assisted sales. Fast, easy, and without compromise. The device also handles fiscalization in countries where required, meeting all legal requirements.
Product Personalization Directly in the E-shop
In the previous K2 Vega version, we introduced a product configurator as an intelligent part of K2. Now it goes even further – working directly in the e-shop. Customers can easily select color, glazing type, custom texts, or other parameters and immediately see a preview of the final product. This ensures they order exactly what they want. This change means fewer queries, faster orders, and happier customers who can customize products precisely to their needs.
AI Data Suggestion: Smart Auto-fill Directly in Forms
Enter data faster, more accurately, and with less effort. The K2 AI module analyzes historical data and user context, suggesting the most likely values as soon as you click into a field – ready to use with a single click. No more time-consuming searching, filtering, or switching between forms. The values you need are instantly available, reducing errors, speeding up input, and improving user experience.
Questionnaires and Surveys Directly in K2: Fast and Simple
Forget paper spreadsheets, emails, or external tools. Everything you previously handled in Excel, on paper, or through Google Forms can now be done directly in K2. The new K2 module allows creating questionnaires, surveys, and forms directly in the system – no programming required. Simply define the questionnaire, send it to respondents, and data is automatically recorded in K2. You can then link responses to automations such as workflows, notifications, or activities. In practice, you can easily create HR forms, checklists, supplier evaluations, webinar registrations, meeting minutes, or customer surveys – all clearly, quickly, and in one place.
Simplify Employee Recruitment: The Entire Process in One Place
Finding new employees has never been easier. The new K2 HR module helps manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish – from defining job requirements, recording selection procedures, and generating job postings, to evaluating candidates and selecting the best one. All data is clearly available in one system, in one place – no more Excel sheets or scattered notes.
Chat in K2? Fast Team Communication Directly in the System
Communicate with colleagues directly in K2 without external chats or emails. Need to quickly check a document or notify the team of a planned downtime? Just send a message, and all logged-in users receive it immediately – whether in the warehouse, on a handheld device, or in the office. The chat also supports sharing links to documents and sending group messages, allowing you to connect with the entire team quickly. This is the first module built on back-end technology in C#.
Corporate Income Tax Directly in K2
A new feature in K2 nara allows calculating corporate income tax directly in the system and generating an XML file for filing. This is suitable for companies accounting according to Decree No. 500/2002 Coll. for entrepreneurs or 504/2002 Coll. for non-profit organizations. In Multi-Company Administration, you can set CIT parameters, including accounts, whose values are automatically loaded into individual form rows. Fast, accurate, and hassle-free.
