When working with applications K2 Mia, K2 Mona and K2 move, the applications communicate with the customer server or when using a demo testing account with the server K2 atmitec. Applications work under some functions with the Data as specified below.
CALL SAVING FUNCTION
When the "Saving Call" function is activated, information about calls done is transferred to the database of the information system K2. The information provided is on the time the call started and the phone number.
The Data is sent to the customer's server. If you use a demo account, the Data is sent to the server K2 atmitec.
This functionality is not functional once the applications are installed. To use it, it is necessary to activate it in the General profile settings first.
SEARCH FOR UNKNOWN CONTACTS FEATURE
After turning on the "Search for unknown contacts" function, the application downloads information from the database of the information system K2. An incoming call from an unknown number is compared with the Data of the partners stored in the system.
The Data is received from the customer's server. When using a demo account, the Data is received from the K2 atmitec server.
This functionality is not functional after the application is installed. To use it, it is necessary to activate it in the General profile settings first.
CALL ACTIVITY FUNCTION
The application K2 mia, K2 Mona and K2 move can create activities from the call manually. After selecting a call, the information as a telephone number and contact person will be pre-filled.
The data is sent to the customer's server. If you use a demo account, the Data is sent to the K2 atmitec server.
CONTACT PERSON CREATION FUNCTION
Application K2 mia, K2 Mona and K2 move can create a new contact person from a call.
The Data is sent to the customer's server. If you use a demo account, the data is sent to the K2 atmitec server.
PRIVACY TERMS
When you log into a demo account, the Data is sent to the K2 atmitec demo server. The transmission of this Data is encrypted. K2 atmitec data is not used by the company K2 atmitec and is used only for testing purposes of application users. The Server is also deleted every 14 days. The data sent by the user is not archived.
Data stored on the test server K2 atmitec are protected by the company K2 atmitec Ltd. against misuse, in particular by rigorous compliance with Act No. 101/200 Coll. on the protection of personal data and information.
When working with a standard account, your Data is sent to your server on which the information system K2 is running. Their management, encryption and archiving are in your competence.
