REMAQ, s.r.o. is the fastest-growing plastic recycling company in the Czech Republic. Since 2004, it has been expanding its activities in Otrokovice, where it currently operates four modern regranulation lines. Through plastic recycling, the company creates reusable and high-quality material for further production. In 2023, the company also became part of the refining and petrochemical group ORLEN Unipetrol, which actively contributes to the development of recycling and the circular economy in the Czech Republic.

The scope of K2 implementation at REMAQ company
At REMAQ, the K2 ERP system ensures production scheduling and completion, including technological preparation of production and calculation of production costs. Key features also include traceability, both for materials and the workers involved in the production process. Material, product, and batch identification numbers are a standard part of the system. K2 ERP also handles planning and management of transportation during loading and unloading. The implementation includes a WMS module, which ensures warehouse management and inventory control.
Interesting aspects of the K2 ERP implementation
- The ability to adjust the set production schedule, for example, starting the production of a specific order earlier than planned.
- The use of "cooperation," where production can take place outside the company's premises or using materials provided by another company.
- The K2 ERP system allows detailed tracking of waste, which the company then reuses as production material.
