Over more than twenty-five years of operation, UNIBASE Software has focused on the development and advancement of comprehensive information systems for the pharmaceutical industry. Its most significant customer is Alliance Healthcare, which currently uses the UNIPHARM system not only for warehouse management and the supply of medicines to pharmacies and hospitals, but also for managing all commercial activities.

“The implementation of our e-shop solution in 2022 was the first successful test of cooperation between K2 and Alliance Healthcare. Since then, we have remained in close contact, and when Alliance Healthcare began looking not only for a modernization of their existing system, but above all for a reliable partner for long-term cooperation, K2 was the logical choice. In the coming years, we face three major challenges – a complete modernization of the current Unipharm system, the implementation of a WES solution for warehouse automation management, and the deployment of a brand-new B2B portal built on our K2 ERP platform,” says Petr Schaffartzik, Chairman of the Board of the K2 Group.

As of October 31, 2025, UNIBASE Software has been integrated into the K2 Group under the name K2 Unipharm s.r.o. Vladimír Korpas continues in his role as Managing Director, joined by Petr Schaffartzik, Chairman of the Board of the K2 Group, as the second Managing Director.
